Submissions for the 3rd issue of Card Alpha are now open. Submissions close 31st April.
The magazine welcomes poetry in all of its many and varied guises, and does not prescribe to contributors the type of creative works they can submit. This includes poetic artworks, visual poems and illustrations. We simply want to offer quality work the recognition it deserves.
Also, the magazine seeks to showcase work that represents the wonderfully diverse nature of our society. To that end, we invite work from members of the LGBTQI communities, female writers, and from members of ethnic minority groups. No barriers. No privilege. Just an open forum for your work.
All work must be previously unpublished, although it can have been featured on the contributor's blog. We do ask that the writer remove the work for three months upon successful publication in the magazine.
We only accept submissions via email.
Those contributors chosen for inclusion in the issue will be contacted and informed soon after submissions close. The editor's decision is final.
